The concrete manhole form is configured with an external housing, internal chamber and flanges. Each part is connected with Φ 12mm bolts, easy to install. The manhole form plate is 5mm thick while the stiffener is 10mm thick.
Concrete manholes produced by this form possess a tensile strength of over 400 MPa, ductility of 18%, bearing capacity of more than 2 tons. Regular dimensions are: diameter is 25mm, step width is 330mm and step spacing is 350mm.
Specifications
Concrete manholes by this form mainly have two inner diameters, 1000mm and 1500mm. Every set of concrete manhole is composed of an inspection chamber, housing, cover, adjusting ring and well ring. For the Φ1000 mm manhole, it is equipped with a 350 mm or 700mm high housing while the Φ1500 mm manhole is equipped with a 700 mm high housing. When it comes to the adjusting ring, there are six sizes for choose: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 350mm. customer can choose the optimal size according to the actual demand.
