Spray Dryer
Applications
The spray dryer is used to continuously dry viscous powder, liquid and solid particles. It can dry anywhere between 3000-1500kg of material per hour.

Operational Principle
The continuous cylinder vacuum dryer has an additional spraying function: liquid materials can be sprayed into the vacuum drying system under high pressure, with the water from these materials quickly evaporating. The initially dried viscous powder is vibrated and conveyed along a helical conveyance path. After they are fully dried, they will be discharged through the bottom vacuum hopper.
- It can dry continuously.
- The material retention time is the same as that of heating time, which ensures a high drying efficiency during the drying process.
- The heating area increases and the drying efficiency is high because of the disc design.
- Its integrated design with no mechanical seal parts can maintain an ideal vacuum for a long time and low energy consumption.
