Plastic Extrusion Granule Line
HaoSu provides plastic recycling plant machines for recycling and pelleting waste plastics. Granulation is a core process in the plastic recycling line, and the screws used in our plastic extrusion granule lines are all independently researched and developed. The screw is manufactured using a 38crMoAL material with a hardness of hv850-950. With a long service life, it will process a variety of different thermoplastics, and we are able to design screws with different plastic extrusion granule line layouts based on specific plastic characteristics. In doing so, we aim to ensure the plastic granule quality and guarantee an optimal plastic extrusion granule line performance.
