Rotary lobe pumps, also called positive displacement lobe pumps, are designed for transporting liquid with high viscosity (more than 650-1000mm2/s). Along with the compact size and hygienic construction, rotary lobe pumps are applicable to products including sensitive liquids with solids or large particles, viscous products and emulsion, and conform to standards of food, beverage and dairy industries.

We can customize rotary lode pumps according to your requirements. You only need to provide:
  • Name of medium or liquid for transporting
  • Viscosity and temperature (ranging from -20℃to 150℃) of medium
  • Requirements of head, pressure and volume displaced in liters/100 revolutions
  • Number and size of particles in medium
  • Connection type
  • Material of pump casing (304,346 or 316L stainless steel)
  • Equipping with cooling and heating devices or not
  • O-ring material: silica rubber is normally used as standard material for O-ring. Besides, fluorine rubber O-ring, PTFE O-rings and nitrile O-rings are also available for user to choose.
  • Mechanical seal material: the standard seal material is silicon carbide/hard alloy. Graphite and silicon carbide, graphite and ceramics can also be selected according to different mediums.
  • Equipping with trolley or not.
Installation instruction
Three driving modes are available:
  • Motor + speed reducer:
    This driving mode is simple, with constant rotary speed of rotor.
  • Motor + mechanical stepless speed regulator:
    The speed regulator can only be manually adjusted under shut off state.
  • Variable-frequency drive + frequency converter:
    The speed can be adjusted automatically, with good automation and large low speed torque.
