Stainless Steel Filter Press
The stainless-steel filter press is widely used for medical, food, beverage, tobacco, and petrochemical industries. With its outstanding separation, clarification, sterilization, and purification processes, it is ideally suited to liquid filtration in pharmaceutical and other industries. According to different fineness requirements, we choose filters made of specific materials, and add or reduce plates according to specific customer needs. This stainless-steel filter press features a primary layer or filter acid (such as diatomaceous earth) in order to attain a pure liquid.
With the exception of the motor, all parts are made of stainless steel 304/316L with strong corrosion resistance, leading to the wide usage for acid and base handling. This filter press also features a low loss, a high efficiency, and superior quality. Composed of a 10 layer plate, it features a large filtration area and a high flow rates. We also offer several membranes to meet different needs, such as particle removal and fine filtration.
Bound using synthetic fibers, this filter material features a smooth surface, high porosity and uniform structure, ensuring it has a high flow rate and difficult adsorption.
