Operating Principle
Impact energy is adopted in impactcrusher to crush materials. Materials enter the area and then they are impactedby high speed board hammer. After that, crushed materials are thrown to thedevice above the rotor continuously. Materials are rebounded from the liner tothe area where they are impacted again. Larger products and smaller productsenter cavity to be crushed repeatedly. Crushing stops until materials arecrushed to the required sizes. After that, materials are discharged from themachine.
Impact crusher has simple structure, zero keyconnection and special impact liner. When crushing hard rocks, this product hashigh efficiency and excellent energy conservation. Of course, sizes of thedischarging particles can be adjusted and the crushing process can besimplified as well.
