The G0201 series stainless steel cookware with a steel lid includes a stainless steel casserole dish and a stainless steel saucepan, both of which are made using 5 ply steel. The inner side is made of a high quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the outer side is made using a high quality SUS430 magnetic heat conducting stainless steel. The middle 3 layers are an aluminum alloy with an outstanding heat conductivity to heat the dish evenly. Both the interior and exterior are matte processed, so that they are scratch resistant and durable, and give the cookware a classic, elegant appearance.
