Product Standards
Our cloth covered wire is generally manufactured in compliance with the GB/T5023-2008 and JB8734-1998 standards. Besides, we can also manufacture it according to the IEC, BS, DIN and ICEA standards upon request.
Application
This products is suitable for power installation, fixed wiring or flexible connection for electrical appliances with rated voltage up to and including 450/750V respectively.
Operating characteristics
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U : 450/750V, 300/500V, 300/300V
2. Maximum operating temperature: 90℃ for 227IEC07(BV-90) and 227IEC08(RV-90), 70℃ for the rest.
3. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation.
4. Bend diameter: no less than 4 times the cable diameter for cable with diameter less and equal than 25mm , no less than 6 times the cable diameter for cable with diameter more than 25mm
