2 Layer Plastic Sheet Extruder
JDSP-660D series double layer plastic sheet extruder is designed based on traditional single layer plastic sheet extruding machines, and it also utilizes advanced production technologies from the world.
ApplicationJDSP-660D 2 layer plastic sheet extruder integrates the functions of PP sheet extruders, PE extruding machines, and PS extruders. It is suitable for manufacturing PP, PE and PS plastic sheets which are commonly used for making drinking cups, ice-cream cups, jelly cups and many other kinds of plastic containers.
Finished plastic sheets have two layers, and these two layers have different colors.
- Nitrogen treated 38CrMoA is adopted to make screws and cylinders, thus ensuring perfect hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long lifetime, etc.
- The ratio of the length and diameter ensures the plastic performances of sheets.
- Net-changer design guarantees a high productivity and convenient operation.
