The reaction furnace is the most important equipment in the cracking and transformation reactions, which has features of complex reaction, strict requirement in temperature distribution, high-precision control system, etc. We have conquered many technical difficulties, such as the design of heat absorption model of reaction inside the tube.
The CS2 cracking furnace and carbon tetrachloride reaction heater developed by our company have been put into use successfully. The material conversion rate of our product is 85% and the fuel burnout rate reaches 99%. The thermal efficiency of the whole furnace is 90% or more.
