E9 filter element
  • Suitable for the filtration of large liquid amounts and 3μm particles with a maximum residual oil content of 5ppm.
  • Two-stage filtration:
    First stage: Two stainless steel orifice tubes for 10μm mechanical separation
    Second stage: In-depth fiber media captures solid and liquid particles to 3μm
E7 filter element
  • Suitable for the filtration of liquid water, oil and 1μm solid particles with a maximum residual oil content of 1.0ppm
  • Two-stage filtration:
    First stage: Alternate fiber media and screen for large particles
    Second stage: Multiple layers of bonded and blended fiber media for fine coalescence
  • Used for:
    Before E5 filtration: Pretreatment
    After freeze dryer/adsorption dryer: Further improvement of air quality
E5 filter element
  • Suitable for removing water, oil vapor and other contaminants with the filtration of 0.01μm or larger solid particles with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01ppm. Almost all water, dust and oil will be removed.
  • Two-stage filtration:
    First stage: Multiple layers of fiber medium and strainer for large particles
    Second stage: Multiple layers of bonding fiber medium for tiny condensates
  • Used for:
    Before E3 filtration/adsorption dryer: Protection
    After freeze dryer: Ensuring the air is free of oil
E3 filter element
  • Suitable for gathering tiny water and oil mist particles and filtration of 0.01μm or larger solid particles with a maximum residual oil content of 0.001ppm
  • Two-stage filtration:
    First stage: Pre-filtration and air diffusion
    Second stage: Multiple layers of bonded and blended fiber media for fine coalescence
  • Used for:
    Before E1 filtration/adsorption dryer: Protection
    After freeze dryer: Ensuring air free of oil
E1 filter element
  • Suitable for the removal of oil and hydrocarbon vapor adsorbed by activated carbon with a maximum filtration rating of 0.01μm and maximum residual oil content of 0.003ppm.
  • Two-stage filtration:
    First stage: Fine activated carbon stabilized layer suitable for most oil mist
    Second stage: Multiple layers of fiber medium bonding micro fine activated carbon powder for removal of residual steam, providing high quality air for high demand industries such as food, air supply, and sterile packaging
  • Used for:
    Last stage of filtration to ensure air is free of water, dust, oil, and odors.
