Glass Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
The AGF glass ampoule filling and sealing machine is designed for filling and draw sealing of 1 ml to 20 ml glass ampoules. It can automatically perform all the processes, from bottle feeding, nitrogen filling, liquid filling, preheating, draw sealing, to final bottle discharging. The machine can be used independently or used together with ultrasonic cleaning machine and sterilizing drying machine.
Main Characteristics
- The bottle infeed belt is a stainless belt with chain, which ensures smooth conveying operation, thus avoiding bottle falling and breakage problems caused by belt offtrack or crawling.
- The glass ampoule filling and sealing machine adopts integral star wheel structure, instead of traditional three section fan shaped structure. The auger is connected with the star wheel, and the star wheel is connected with small walking beam. Hence, bottles can be stably conveyed without breakage.
- It uses imported sensor to realize No bottle, No filling function. The sensor is stable, durable and has low failure rate. When there is no bottle or the bottle neck is broken, the machine will stop filling operation, which effectively avoids the waste of medicine liquid.
- The walking beam adopts three section structure. The bottle infeed section and the bottle outfeed section are small walking beams, and the central section is a big walking beam. The bottle walking stations and the bottle pitch are reduced. The main length of the walking beam is almost half of the original one, and the pitch is just 24 mm. Because of the short pitch, the walking operation is more stable.
- The walking beam guide structure is changed from conventional sleeve type to high precision linear guide type. As a result, the walking beam runs more flexibly and easily.
- The lifting of filling needles is also changed from sleeve type to high precision linear guide type, which ensures smooth lifting motion. The filling station is designed with a special bottle positioning device to avoid the friction between the filling needles and the bottle.
- According to customers' actual demands, the filling system can be equipped with metallic metering pump, peristaltic pump or ceramic pump. Both ends of the pump adopts elastic gasket, so the pump can't be damaged easily.
- The bottle leaning board adopts the V shape POM material. This ensures soft contact between the bottle and bottle leaning board when the equipment is under high speed operation. Hence, bottle breakage caused by the rigid contact is avoided.
- The new bottle leaning beam adjustment style enables changing of spare parts by rotating the button.
- The glass ampoule filling and sealing machine has a new bottle rotating structure. Replacing bevel great with synchronization gear makes the transmission much simpler and more stable, which enables bottles to be uniformly heated during rotation, thus contributing to high sealing qualification rate. The bottle rotating motor can adopt the variable frequency control as per customer's requirement.
- The sealing station adopts new type split sealing box structure, which makes installation and debugging more convenient and fast. The heating device has a convenient height adjustment device, so it is much easier to adjust the height when changing spare parts. Adopting special technology, the flaming nozzles don't have thermal conductivity and temper problems. There are many types of flaming nozzles, which can be selected as per gas type.
- There is a sensor at the outfeed star wheel to calculate the output.
- No connection gap on the table top board and no dead corner at the connection area of the spare parts greatly facilitate cleaning work.
- The ampoule filling and sealing machine adopts PLC, human-machine interface to control and monitor the operating status. The control system can cooperate with the systems of the washing machine and sterilizing dryer to realize linkage control. Parameters like production speed, working time, as well as faults are displayed on the interface.
- The changing of spare parts is convenient and easy. Only auger, star wheel, walking beam and paling need to be changed. The frequently disassembled parts all adopt quick disassembly design.
- The whole filling process is under the sealed laminar flow system and has a better laminar flow effect. The products have a high qualification rate of clarity.
- The needle tubes that come into contact with liquid medicine adopt 316L stainless steel. The pipes adopt premium silicon pipes. The filling syringe uses glass container or is made using other qualified material. All of this meets GMP requirements.
