Pipe Reducer
Pipe reducers, including concentric reducers and eccentric reducers, are a type of chemical pipe fitting used for the connection of pipes with different diameters. We adopt reducing and expanding forming technology to produce our pipe reducers. Sometimes, stamping technology is used to fabricate reducers in special sizes. Before the forming of the steel pipe reducers, we conduct hydrostatic testing, eddy current inspection, and ultrasonic testing to inspect the raw materials and clean the material surface to make sure the finished product will be of high quality.
Our company mainly produces four types of pipe reducers that are respectively the concentric reducer, eccentric reducer, reducer with hem and the reducer without hem. These pipe fittings are up to API 598 standards.
