Flat Box Facial Tissue Packing Machine
The HX-50A model flat box facial tissue packing machine places facial tissues, paper napkins, hand towels, sanitary pads or other paper products into a packing box, and then seals the box.
Major Process
This facial tissue packing machine consists of automatic feeding, box opening, box filling, batch number printing (optional), glue spraying and box sealing.

1. Our facial tissue packing machine has a compact structure and is easy to use with a PLC controller, touch screen and servo motor/stepper motor.
2. The automatic material delivery system allow this paper packaging machine to connect to an automatic paper converting line to reduce labor costs significantly.
3. An automatic detection system uses an electric sensor to find empty or mis-packaged boxes, thus saving packing materials.
4. Our paper packing machine can be used to package different sized paper products. Operators only need to adjust the specifications of the new paper product to be packed rather than changing anything else.
5. This flat box facial tissue sealing machine will stop automatically if paper products are not packaged into the box in the proper way, and the main driving motor uses an overload protection device to maintain safe running conditions.
6. If requested, an optional protective cover can be added.
