The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water (customer provides). Brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made on brush distance, position and speed.
Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying system. The drying rate can reach up to 95%, depending on the environmental humidity.
Washed eggs will run through the candling section to check for leaking, dirty or cracking after the process of drying.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4 grades. You can easily adjust the grading specification on the screen of control panel. This model of grader has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
The graded eggs will drop onto the conveyor (with motor), and you can collect the eggs manually from the conveyor. The conveyor can be split into two sections and support two egg sizes if needed.
Some of the other graded eggs drop onto the table (without motor), and you can collect the eggs manually from that table. The table can be split into two sections and support two egg sizes if needed.
