Rice Whitener
Rice milling is the removal of the brown rice husk, and we offer four vertical Emery roll rice whiteners, including the MNSL vertical emery roll rice whitener, MNMLB vertical emery roll rice whitener, MNMLC vertical emery roll rice whitener, and MNMLS vertical emery roll rice whitener.
Different types of vertical emery roll rice whitener have different characteristics and rice whitening performances.
- The MNSL vertical emery roll rice whitener can reduce the broken rice rate simply by using feeding by bottom screw and upper discharging.
- The MNMLB vertical emery roll rice whitener can be discharged from various directions through the use of upper feeding and lower discharging, making it applicable for matching.
- The MNMLC vertical emery roll rice whitener features upper feeding and lower discharge. It is suitable for production line of 4-5t/h.
- The MNMLS vertical emery roll rice whitener is suitable for rough rice whitening and long grain rice.
Working principle
The material enters the milling chamber through the hopper, where the material husk will be stripped, thus whitening the rice under the high speed miller rotation. The rice husk and bran layers, which have been removed during the whitening process, will be discharged through the sieve holes out of the whitening room.
The whitened rice is then discharged at the rice outlet. Remaining parts are then pumped away by the blower after the rice has been discharged.
