Rotary Rice Separator
Broken rice is often mixed in the head rice, which affects rice quality. Because of that, a rotary rice separator is used to screen out broken rice that does not meet quality level requirements. The rotary rice separator is primarily used for post processing in rice milling, and is often used in combination with a white rice grader.
The efficient structure of a 3 screen drum design reduces the floor area, and features a drum, short grain collecting tank and its adjusting device, conveying screw and driving mechanism.

Screen DrumAfter the material enters the sorting chamber, the drum rotates counter-clockwise. The head rice and broken rice are separated by using the inconsistent length of the head rice and broken rice. The head rice and broken rice are then combined in the white rice grading screen, so that the head rice will not contain any broken rice, or vice versa.
