WQ(D) Submersible Sewage Pump

WQ(D) submersible sewage pump is composed of motor, water pump and sealing part. The water pump has channel impeller-volute structure, and it is under the single or three phase asynchronous motor. Mechanical seal is used as the motive seal between motor and water pump, and oil resisting rubber O ring works as the static seal for the rabbet. Thus, the reliability of our machine is ensured. Meanwhile, the rotor shaft is made of stainless steel, so reliable mechanical strength of the shaft is obtained, and the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft are both improved. Also, it facilitates the disassembly and maintenance of impeller.
Our machine is widely applied in many fields, such as industry, agriculture, mine, building construction, environment protection, etc. Liquids that contain mud, sand, short fiber, paper scrap and other solid particles as well as soft solids are applicable, for example, mud water, grey water, sewage, excrement, domestic wastewater, etc. Based on these, this pump is the ideal equipment for construction site, desilting of pool as well as irrigation and drainage in agriculture. In addition, this product is not suitable for condition that requires anti-explosion.

Our pump is able to work normally and continually if the following requirements are met.
1. Medium temperature: Not over 40℃
2. PH range of medium: 4~10
3. Max. density of medium: 1.2×103kg/m3
4. Voltage fluctuation range: 10% of rated voltage
5. Submersion depth: ≤5 meters
