1. The TX-250X water based all-in-one dye sublimation printer is equipped with a Japanese KONICA 1024i industrial print head, which is known for its high speed and precision, and strong spraying power, which allows it to meet all the demands of industrial light box production.
2. The TX-250X water based all-in-one dye sublimation printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system.
3. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The clogging prevention flash function is designed to prevent blockages, and the print head will spray a small amount of ink at regular intervals to keep the nozzle wet, wash any ink blocks away and ensure ink flows smoothly.
4. The single-color, negative-pressure ink supply system can keep the release of ink continuous in long-term printing processes.
5. The machine is equipped with a large format, tunable, segmented infrared drying device that instantly dries materials during the high speed printing process.
6. The automatic ink absorption system is able to directly clean and preserve the print head in such a way that is safe and convenient.
7. The printer is equipped with a dual rail guide and highly accurate AC motor in order to maintain a stable carriage operation at high speeds.
8. Both the front and back rollers transport fabric in a precise, synergistic manner.
9. The printer results in bright and vivid pictures with 8-color printing.
10. The printer is stable with an overpressure resistant machine shelf.
11. Ink is saved due to the color inkjet.
12. The humidity control system prevents the print head from getting stuck.
