  • The equipment operation control system is PLC controlled, and can process more than 9 program setting steps. The touch screen is Mitsubishi or other international brands according to customer requirements.
  • Temperature control: This equipment uses PID to control the SSR switch, and a K type double protective shell thermocouple as the temperature sensor. When the temperature is 5℃ over the set value, it will stop heating and sound an alarm.
  • Security function: It features an over-temperature protection during the heating period, vacuum alarm, nitrogen pressure alarm, compressed air pressure alarm, cooling water flow alarm, fan overload alarm, emergency stop button, and leakage protection.
  • The total weight of the equipment is less than 2500Kg.
  • Vacuum pumps and pipes are supplied by the manufacturer. The vacuum pumps are dry pumps from Becker and other international brands. They must be corrosion resistant, and a filter must be installed at the port in order to prevent any oil return.
  • The program controls the charge quantitative nitrogen after a set period of time, and will automatically run after the program is set.
  • Users can freely adjust the vacuum degree and temperature, and automatically maintain both under a certain temperature and vacuum degree range.
  • The equipment control system is PLC controlled with a uniform temperature and reliable vacuum. When the temperature rises to the set value, the device starts counting. When the timing reaches the set value, the device stops heating and maintains the vacuum state. The process is password protected, and the PLC system will automatically collect and record temperature and vacuum data from the drying process.
  • The vacuum pump is automatically controlled using a digital vacuum gauge.
  • The vacuum box’s door sealing ring is oil and heat resistant. It will not fall off, and is easy to replace as needed.
  • All interior and exterior parts of the box feature a heating tube. 4 heating tube sets are controlled using an independent thermocouple and PIC control system, with a dam inside to ensure the box interior has a uniform temperature. There is also a thermocouple on the fan cycle for detecting temperature at the atmospheric pressure.
