Frame of Filter Unit
The roll forming machine is mainly constructed for production of filter holding frames, consisting of uncoiler, front hole punching unit, roll forming unit, back hole punching unit, cutting unit, etc. It utilizes Siemens PLC system for machine control, INVT inverter for speed regulation, HMI touch screen for data adjustment, and Nemicon encoder for length measurement, greatly guaranteeing the precision and stability of the machine. Roll forming machine is able to produce multiple types of profiles by changing of forming rollers. Filter holding frames and housings are commonly made of aluminum, stainless steel, etc., the surface of which is laminated with protection films. The formed profiles are widely used as frames for various types of ventilation and filtration equipment.
