Product features:
1. The printer is equipped with Japanese KONICA 1024i industrial print head, which features a high speed and strong spraying power. Banners printed using this printer are washable.
2. The NSPL-220X-A water based fission dye sublimation printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system.
3. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The clog prevention flash function will resist blockages, and the print head will spray a small amount of ink at regular intervals to keep the nozzle wet, wash away any dried ink blocks, and ensure ink flows smoothly.
4. The print head heating system is set in order to prevent the ink from drying out, and cracking or breaking by keeping the ink in the best state possible, and keeping the temperature stable under stable working conditions during the printing process.
5. An ink box heating system ensures a continuous ink supply.
6. The industrial fabric feeding system can easily transport media with high precision and no folding and guarantees the printing quality.
7. The humidity control system prevents the print head from being stuck.
8. The printer is equipped with a mute industrial sliding block and AC servo motor in order to maintain the stable carriage operation at a high speed.
9. A pre-drying system is equipped.
10. The ink volume display system clearly shows the ink amount, so that ink is added to the material as needed.
