Rice Polisher
The polishing process is used to polish and whiten rice surfaces after the rice has gone through a milling process. We offer the SLJ-G rice mill rice polisher, SYX-CMS rice mill rice polisher, SYX-CMS2 rice mill rice polisher, and SYX-CMS2L rice mill rice polisher.
Working principle
After milled, rice enters the polishing chamber through the hopper, and the heated water is ejected through the sprayer by the temperature control water tank. This adheres to the rice surface, and moistens, softens and condenses the bran powder. Through the use of a roller in the polishing chamber, the rice grains are rubbed against each other, and the polishing roller rubs against the rice sieve in order to improve the surface and discharge rice grains. This also removes starch on the surface, so that the rice grains can be pre-gelatinized and gelatinized, which fills in any cracks to give the rice a bright, clean and high quality appearance, as well as improve the storage performance.
