Color sorting processes are based on the optical characteristics of material differences, and use photoelectric detection technology in order to automatically sort out various colored particles. The grain color sorter is also used for post polishing. SMY-RSC grain separating color sorter: A wide channel design is used for the blanking channel, significantly improving the output, and ensuring a sorting accuracy over 99.98%.
The SMY-DCD grain separating color sorter is comprised of two STH-DC grain color sorters in a single machine, with a one on one hopper shared between the two.
The SMY-SDC grain separating color sorter is more intelligent, features a larger sorting box, and has a better dust cleaning effect.
