Tubular Sterilizer

The tubular sterilizer adopts twolayers of casing tubes, with materials flowing in the inner layer and heatingmedium flowing reversely in the outer layer. This simple structure makes thesterilizer easy to maintain. In the gas-liquid mixer, the steam heats waterdirectly, not as a heating medium to sterilize materials. This tubular sterilizer is also equipped with a three-waydirectional valve, which allows materials to change flow direction in thepipeline, so as to ensure that these materials are evenly heated. The heatpreservation section, cooling section, and other pipeline adoptflange connection mode, and are equipped with the steam isolation protectionsystem to prevent secondary pollution.
