Thefully-auto hanging-basket stacking machine is equipped with the colorful touchscreen, which makes convenient operation and supervision on site possible. Itworks in the fully automatic operational mode, which improves workingefficiency, saves labor power and reduces labor intensity.
This fully-autohanging-basket stacking machine is equipped with five-section transmissionsystem. The first and second units adoptvacuum adsorption, narrow belt conveying and pressure plate for smoothtransmission. The third, fourth and fiveunits of the stacking machine use wide anti-shifting belt conveying. Also thepneumatic sun wheel pressure roller is provided at the sheet output end withright and left stop plates there for smooth delivery. In addition, theconveyer speed, sheet counting, heap sort, stack height of each section shallbe controlled by the computer.
Our fully-auto hanging-basket stacking machine comes with two 6m collectingroller platforms. The collecting roller disc shall go up driven by the liftingmotor for sheet collecting. Then the collecting roller disc shall go down inaccordance with the stacking speed until the sheet is fully stacked or reachesthe set position. When the collecting roller disc of the fully-autohanging-basket stacking machine goes down quickly in the same height as thecarrier, the stacked sheet shall automatically be delivered onto the carrier.At the beginning of roller descending, the sheet on the carrier shall not goforward. The user then uses the hydraulic trailer to output the sheet. Afterone cycle finishes, the collecting roller disc of the stacking machine shall goup quickly to the maximum height point for sheet collection again.
