The BFY-XGDDPthin blade PLC slitter scorer is an important component of the corrugatedcardboard production line for slitting and scoring the cardboard. It provideselectrical adjustment of the distance between blades and offers automaticpneumatic clamping. The machine also offers easy and manual adjustment ofcardboard specification.
The thin blade PLCslitter scorer is equipped with electrical axial displacement device toeffectively match up with the offset of paper web. The transmitting system ofthe machine adopts synchronous belt with high accuracy. In addition, theoverall lift of slitter scorer is driven by the electrical motor, so as to meetdifferent heights of different production lines.
The thin blades of the slitter scorer can realize high speed slitting,resulting in clean and tidy cutting edges, without breaks and collapses. Duringthe production, the blades can be sharpened either in manual or automatic way.In addition, the sharpening times and intervals can be set according tocustomers’ demand.
The machine utilizes the frequency conversion system. After the encodergets the production speed through the tachometer wheel, the PLC of the slitterscorer will then give an order and control the speed of the creasing motor, soas to make the motor speed synchronous with that of the production line.
