N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine
N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine
Soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine is odorless white crystalline powder with slightly sweet taste. As a new biochemical drug, this product is a component of a variety of polysaccharides units. Actually, it is most abundant in exoskeleton of crustaceans. As an important precursor of bifidus factor, this product has a number of important physiological functions.
