Diazotization is an important reaction process in the production of organic pigments. It takes about 10 min at a temperature of 5~10℃ and the time and temperature need to be controlled strictly, otherwise it cannot reach a good result with a higher temperature or less time. So, the most ideal way for conducting this process is by using artificial ice or cold water for the purpose of controlling the reaction temperature.

The old way is to build factories producing ice chunks or purchase ice chunks, and then add them into reactor after artificial crushing. Restricted by the limitations of the ice chunks technology, the pigments production is inefficient with high energy consumption and labor intensity.

To solve this problem, SNOWKEY has worked out our ice chunks manufacturing and storage systems as well as pneumatic conveying system. Our equipment bears small installation area and high efficiency, and they are able to produce and store ice according to plan. The whole process is fully automated, and we guarantee the low ice temperature, fast conveying speed and less workforce.

We can manufacture all the equipment needed for the whole system, including Ice making machine, Automatic ice storage system, Automatic ice delivery equipment, Ice delivery direction converting device, Air cooling apparatus, Ice weighing equipment, etc. Moreover, we are also able to design, manufacture and install the whole system for customers and come up with remarkable turnkey projects. Currently, our organic pigments refrigeration system has been applied in a large number of projects around the world. Here are some typical sites.
