The KXZ-130B packaging cartoner automatically sucks cartons from the carton sleeve, opens them, inserts the products, and finally closes the cartons. You can use our cartoner by itself or combine it with a blister pack cartoner, hot melt adhesive device and special shape cartoner to form a full cartoning production line.
The KXZ-180B cartoning machine can machine products with a length range of 70-280mm, width range of 80-180mm and height range of 30-90mm. We can also customize machines for special size products. The cartoner's speed is up to 80 cartons per minute and it can operate steadily at 40-70 cartons per minute for extended periods of time. It has the advantages of wide application, efficiency and multi-use. The cartoner is designed with intermittent running and a PLC controller make it simple and easy to maintain.
