Handheld Laser Welding Machine 1000W, 1500W, 2000W
Main features of the handheld welding machine
1. The laser welding system is mainly composed of a laser unit and a welding unit.
2. Hand-held welding, taking into account the flexibility, high efficiency and high weld quality of laser welding.
3. Modular design and layout of the overall laser welding equipment, easy to maintain and debug.
4. High system flexibility, compatible with a variety of models, and short changeover time.
5. The internal design is dexterous, and the good interactive control system expands the tolerance range of the machined parts and the weld width, solves the disadvantage of small spot size, and welds are better formed.
6. The shape is light, the body engineering design method is adopted, and the grip is comfortable; the hand is easy to control, and the operation is simple and easy to use.
7. With multiple safety alarms, the light is automatically locked after the workpiece is removed, and the safety is high.
8. Beautiful weld seam, fast speed, no consumables, no weld marks, no discoloration, and no need for post-grinding.
9. Can be equipped with a variety of angle nozzles to meet the welding needs of different products.
Introduction of the laser unit
The laser unit of our laser welding system adopts Rec FSC series of high-power single-mode continuous fiber lasers. This fiber laser solved the bottleneck problems such as SRS and poor beam quality, increasing the average output power of single-cavity and single-transverse mode lasers to 3000W. This laser unit combines high average power, high beam quality and high electro-optical conversion efficiency. It can be widely used in many places such as fine cutting, metal welding, surface treatment, 3D printing and rapid prototyping. Especially when cutting thick metal plates, not only the cutting speed is fast, but also the plate slits are thin and the section is bright, which is obviously superior to other lasers of the same type on the market.
Safety Standards (2006/42/EC)
1. EN 12622: 2009 A1: 2013
2. EN ISO 12100: 2010
3. EN 60204-1: 2006 A1:2009
