Pipe guiding and straightening unit

Dual-station coiling unit
High-strength coiling shafts combined with pneumatic expanding paper cores (50-150mm) support non-stop coil changeover within 10 seconds.
Closed-loop tension control system
High-precision sensors (±0.1N) and PLC-based segmented tension regulation prevent coil loosening or deformation throughout the coiling process.
Fully automatic strapping system
Automatically completes strap feeding, tightening, heat sealing, and cutting, with positioning deviation controlled within ≤3mm and efficiency approximately five times that of manual strapping.
Finished product conveying and flipping unit
Pneumatic pushing combined with roller conveyor transport, with optional vertical coil flipping, reduces handling damage during downstream logistics.
