With knowledge and expertise accumulated over years of experience in cylinder assembly, we have independently designed two sets of tools, each for assembling cylinders with inside diameters of 100mm to 400mm and 400mm to 1000mm separately. The use of assembly tools ensures the product quality, allows workers to work longer without feeling tired, and improves the efficiency for cylinder assembly.
The surface of piston rod is covered with ceramic coatings to improve its corrosion resistance. The hydraulic cylinder can be made in compliance with ABS, GL, BV, and CCS standards.
