Maize Embryo Selector
Depending on the differences in specific gravity and suspension velocity between maize embryo and grit, our maize embryo selector takes advantage of the airflow that moves upwards to separate the embryo and frit. This machine can separate maize frit, maize embryo as well as their mixture, and it could also remove maize hull as a result of the winnowing.
Application:

Features:
1. Driven by double vibration motor;
2. Adopting imported rubber spring to support the screen, the width of the screen surface can reach up to 1200mm, and the width of the screen surface can reach 1800mm;
3. A general suction chamber is composed of several small suction chambers, not only the general suction chamber has the throttle, each small chambers also does, so that the material classification can be effectively controlled;
4. A dustpan is installed on the discharging device, and the purity of the corn grit is controlled by the transportation of the dustpan.
