Seat Belt Spring, Power Spring
Seat belt springs function as energy storage devices for seat belts. Equipped with a spring, the seat belt retractprs allows the belt to stretch and retract with passenger movement, without coming loose. This power spring is small, and is produced using a reverse winding process to ensure it releases a constant force in a limited space in order to pull seat belts with a length of less than 1 meter. The seat belt spring can be designed to meet different customer seat belts.

- Size range: thickness 0.21-0.40mm, width 7-12mm and length 3300-3600mm.
- Springs of properties: After heat treatment, the BTX(1078) carbon steel can reach the hardness of HV560-590 with error of +10, tension strength of 2200-2300kgf/mm2, fatigue life of 60000-150000 times.
