Manufacturing process:
We use CNC eight-axis and twelve-axis winding equipment to produce enameled wire, whose diameter is only 0.06mm, 0.08mm and 0.09mm. Lines are tight between each other, so the changes of the products’ resistance are very tiny. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 90 million pieces.
