Fastube seamless casing achieves great anti-collapsingcapacity as the casing blank is manufactured by advancedAccu-Roll precision rolling machine. The use of ourpatented jigs and fixtures such as pipe end inner and outer support device,toolbar strengthening device also helps improve pipe clamping rigidity, reduceclamping distortion and eliminate cutting vibration, contributing to betterthread quality.
Applications
Fastube seamless casing is widely used in oilfield exploitation and gas transportationapplications. It is assembled and inserted into a recently drilled section of aborehole and held into place with cement, which can prevent wellbore from separating stratum and ensure drilling fluid to continue drilling deeper,thus facilitating the drilling process.
By application, casing can be divided into several types, for example
1. Surface casing: It is installed with a casinghead installed on the top to hang and support subsequent casing at each zone. Surfacecasing is designed to isolate freshwater zones so that they will not becontaminated by drilling fluid.
2. Intermediate casing: It is to separate different zones that have differentpressures, so as to avoid potential for a blowout.
3. Production casing: It is used to protect production zone, and provide tunnelfor transporting oil and gas.
