The lamination technology of copper foil and prepreg is optimized by LEAD machinery to achieve fully-automatic operation for the CCL production process, including stacking and layup of copper foil, prepreg, and steel plate. It is also used for stripping, cleaning and returning of steel plate.

Copper clad laminate manufacturing process

The CCL stacking machine uses a manipulator to achieve automatic multiple layering of steel plate, copper foil, prepreg and copper foil, and then conveys them through the press loading equipment to bond the laminates. The resulting CCL is separated from the steel plate by themanipulator, cut in cutting machine, and finally packaged by automatic packaging machine. The steel plate is conveyed back to steel plate cleanser, which can be recycled after cleaning.
