QT6 Automatic Block Making Machine
Application
The QT6 automatic block making machine is specially designed to manufacture various blocks such as exposed wall blocks, interior wall block, tracery wall block, floorslab block, reinforcing dam block, inter-locking block, curbstone, etc. Each mold can produce 6 blocks with dimensions of 400×200×80mm. Colored paver bricks can be produced by equipping a secondary feeding device.
This block making machine can process sand, stone, cement, fly ash, slag, steel slag, gangue, ceramsite, perlite and other many industrial wastes.

1. German Siemens touch screen and PLC are used in the block machine's electrical system, control system including logic control for security, and fault diagnosis system.
2. Hydraulic components adopt a proportional valve to adjust oil flow and pressure according to different production demands.
3. The machine block is manufactured by using high strength casing and special materials, featuring good rigidity, resistance to vibration and long service life.
4. The automatic block making machine adopts a four-pole linear guiding mechanism to cooperate with the super-long guide bushing, ensuring the accurate movement of mould.
5. With 360° rotary feeding device, the production efficiency is high.
