The citrus juice extractor is designed to juice various types of citrus fruits using high efficiency technology. Citrus fruits often require special techniques to properly extract their juices due to their peels and seeds. The extractor uses rolls to take the fruits to the blades where they are cut in half. Then the two halves go through separate extracting chambers where they are squeezed and the peels are discarded. The juice is collected by the tanks and pumped to the next step of the process.
