Balanced Weave Conveyor Belts
Balanced weave belts are formed using left and right spirals, which have been connected together using crimped or straight rods. The belt is usually driven using roller fiction. The perforation size can also be set for products and loads. The balanced weave conveyor belt can be made of carbon steel, 304, 316 or 314 stainless steel. Thus the product can be used for conveying under the temperature from -55℃ to 1150℃. The conveyor belt can be applied in food processing, ceramics, glass and metal processing industries.
Balanced Weave Conveyor Belts features easy installation and maintenance. The terminal user can change the damaged part of the belt easily, thus reducing the stop time of the production line. YiYi can provide two types of Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt.
The belts joined using the crimped rods: this belt type contains various metal wire woven belt advantages. For the deeply crimped rods, the position of each spiral is stable, which reduces deformation and stretch of the mesh belt.
The belts joined using straight rods: the alternative left and right spirals are connected by straight rods with dense mesh perforations. The pitch of the perforation ensures a stable mesh belt service. These mesh belts are suitable for conveying small, solid materials.
