Our automatic still beverage bottling machine is a perfect solution for filling non-carbonated drinks such as juice and milk into plastic or glass bottles. The three processes of bottle washing, filling and capping are done in the same monoblock rotary filling system. This 3-in-1 filling machine is an ideal automatic liquid filling equipment for beverage companies to bottle the vast majority of non-carbonated beverages that can be found on the store shelves. It can fill at rates up to 40,000 bottles per minute.

Details of PET Bottle Filling Machine
    1. Washing Station (PET Bottle)
      • Rotary bottle rinser is used in this automatic beverage filling machine, it enables the inside of empty plastic containers to be thoroughly cleaned prior to filling process.
      • PET bottles are fed into the monoblock machine by means of indexing star wheel and grasped by bottle neck gripper that turns bottles upside-down centrally above the spraying nozzle to rinse the inside of bottle with sterile water. Following rinsing, the bottle is then allowed to drip, automatically re-inverted and transferred to the filling turret through the outfeed star wheel.
      • All parts in contact with rinsing fluid and exterior wall cladding are made from high quality stainless steel.
      • The stainless steel gripper is featured by simple structure and easy adjustment, and the small contact surface minimizes the secondary contamination of bottle neck.
    1. Filling Station (PET Bottle)
      • The filling valve performs filling under slight negative pressure (light vacuum), resulting in high filling efficiency and high liquid level precision. The vacuum filling valve has no internal spring, therefore providing great convenience for cleaning of valve inside. The filling temperature is well controlled due to optimum return flow when there is no bottle or during downtime hours.
      • Filling volume can be slightly adjusted, the liquid level of filled bottles is constant.
      • Gear transmission mechanism is used to provide high efficiency, low noise level, long service life, and easy maintenance.
      • Speed regulation is achieved by frequency converter.
    1. Capping Station (PET Bottle)
      • Bottle caps discharged from cap sorter are placed in the right position and screwed on filled bottles, and then bottles are transferred to the downstream process via conveyor.
      • The pick & place system performs cap closing by electromagnetic capping heads, avoiding the collision between bottles during the capping process.
      • The capper structure is constructed with 304/316 stainless steel.
      • The capping process will stop automatically when there is no bottle.
      • High capping efficiency can be guaranteed, the failure rate is less than 0.2%.
Details of Glass Bottle Filling Machine
    1. Washing Station (Glass Bottle)
      • Glass bottles enter the monoblock machine by air conveyor.
      • Rinsing heads are all made from 304/316 stainless steel, the design of water spraying contributes in saving more water and providing better cleaning effect.
      • The 304/316 stainless steel bottle gripper has plastic pad, thus protecting glass bottles from cracking during washing.
      • The washing pump is built using 304/316 stainless steel, ensuring the high durability when used in large-volume filling machine.
    1. Filling Station (Glass Bottle)
      • The 304/316 stainless steel nozzle allows for high precision filling of liquid products.
      • Filling volume can be slightly adjusted, the liquid level of filled bottles is constant.
