The 3MB9808 is applied to hone the cylinders of automobile, motorcycle, tractorand other pneumatic tools, and it can be used to othermachinery parts as well. On the other hand, the 3MB9817 is suitable for honingstraight type and V type engine cylinders of automobile, motorcycle, tractor,heavy duty truck, engineering machinery and large bus. In addition, it can beapplied to recondition the engine cylinders of tractor and motorcycle, too. Thetwo models have some common features, as listed below.

1. Guaranteed accuracy. Our cylinder honing machine canbe equipped with various honing heads, such as MFQ25, MFQ40, MFQ60, MFQ80 andMFQ120. It gives stable and reliable performance. The roundness of theprocessed hole is less than 0.005mm, and the cylindricity can’t exceed the value of 0.0075mm.
2. Satisfactory smoothness. This equipment guarantees the consistentperformance for every workpiece.During boring or other previous operations, some broken metal may be left, andthis product can remove the residue, thus the quality of the workpiece is enhanced. Inaddition, after processed by this machine, the surface smoothness level couldbe Ra0.63-0.4μm.
3. Easy operation. Our cylinder honing machine is very easy to operate, and itjust takes 1 or 2 hours to master the operational skills for an inexperiencedworker. This product contains only 5 components to operate. Once the honingdepth of the first piece is properly set, the main spindle mechanism is notrequired to change to be suitable for the whole lot of the workpiece. In addition, the workbench has T-shapegrooves which are useful to configure different workpiece fixtures.

1. The working table of this machine can be rotated and fixed at different angles including 0°, 30°, and 45°. In addition, the table can be moved upwards or downwards for 0-180mm.
2. When the main spindle moves from top to bottom, the switch precision is 0-0.4mm.
3. You can choose regular mesh wire with angles from 0-90° for the internal wall of honing hole.
4. The Reciprocating speed of up and down movement can reach up to 30m/min.
