Features of High Capacity Pellet Mill
1. Powerful single-stage gear reduction system ensures maximum power transmission during the operation of this ring die pellet mill.
2. Stainless steel auger feed comes with a variable-pitch screw that prevents arching or bridging problems. Imported VFD guarantees accurate speed control of the pellet mill.
Note that arching or bridging occurs when an obstruction forms within the hopper near its outlet in the shape of an arch or bridge and prevents further discharge of remaining materials.
3. Large-scale stainless steel material conditioner introduces hot steam into the chamber in the axial direction. The use of hot steam greatly shortens time needed to break down lumps or hardened materials and ensures consistently excellent results.
4. High precision gears and gear shafts used on our pellet press have been put through carburizing and quenching processes. Cased hardened gear teeth are properly ground to ensure transmission stability, low noise and long service life.
5. Advanced forging technology is borrowed from professional forges. Plus top-notch NC machines, we can assure high machining accuracy of our gearboxes installed on the pellet mill.
6. All bearings used in the main transmission system come with imported oil seals. Lubricating oil return system serves as a guarantee that those bearings are properly lubricated all the time.
7. Three pieces of precision cast, quick release clamps are used to connect between the ring die and the gears. The ring die is easily removed to allow for maintenance, repair or replacement.
8. Flap gates and discharge chute are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and provide a prolonged time of use.
9. Bibby couplings are used to connect the motor shaft and the gear shaft on the pellet mill. They are easy to remove and reliable and efficient in transmission.
