Foundation-Free Concrete Batching Plant
When compared with traditional concrete batching equipment, our foundation-free batching plant can save our customers a lot of work on both the design and construction of a foundation for the equipment operation.
1. The cable, water piping and pneumatic piping comes with quick connectors, making it convenient and easy to install the concrete batching plant.
2. The entire station is comprised of a material feeding system, a weighing system, mixing system, electric control system, pneumatic system, and more.
3. Our foundation-free concrete batching plant can store 3 different kinds of aggregate simultaneously. A loader is needed for the material feeding. Optional devices include two powder bins and a matching spiral elevator. An electronic scale is adopted for the measurement of aggregate, water, additives and cement. The mixer comes with a double horizontal shaft type that features a high quality mixing process that is also highly productive.
4. The electrical system of the batch plant is equipped with an IPC (industrial personal computer) and printer. The entire plant is centrally controlled and managed. The other functions include real-time operation information display, information storage, automatic printing, height difference automatic compensation, and an abnormal conditions alarm. The manual and automatic mode are both available for the production control system, and can be changed between the two at the flip of a switch.
5. A modular structure is used, so transportation is convenient and easy.
