The pinion shaft and bull gear are constructed from the same material as the crankshaft is, and they are of highly precise herringbone style to ensure smooth working with lowered vibration and noise, thus improving drive efficiency.
Feature
1. Our gear sets are of OEM quality, and they are precisely machined, scientifically heat treated and rigorously inspected to ensure proper fit with both standard pumps and OEM pumps even in the most demanding operation conditions.
2. The pinion shaft has herringbone gears with medium-hard tooth surface, and it uses single row radial cylindrical roller bearings (no flanges in the inner ring) to facilitate maintenance. In particular, sheave and sprocket could be mounted on either side of the shaft extensions.
3. These triplex mud pump parts are available in various types of gears, including helical, double helical and herringbone.
