Pure wool serge fabric belongs to one of the most common types of worsted fabrics. Serge fabric woven by 2/2 or 3/3 twill at wide intervals usually has the warp density of 29.7 yarns/cm and the weft density of 25.7 yarns/cm with its weight of 380 grams per meter.
