QNB460B 600B Laminating Machine
The QNB-460/600 automatic book cover making and lining machine uses automatic paper feeder, which adopts push back paper feeding structure and is servo and pneumatically controlled. Cardboard positioning machine with automatic error correction function is utilized. Equipped with auto gluing machine and folding machine, the equipment can provide high quality products with high efficiency. Moreover, the Omron PLC intelligent control system ensures automatic fault detection and facilitates debugging, which lowers the waste of raw material.
QNB laminating machine is added with an automatic position correcting set to improve positioning accuracy of cardboard. This device is designed to satisfy the requirements for the processing accuracy of products produced by automatic cover making and lining machine, especially those color printed packaging boxes and covers that have higher demands for parallel degree of the combined top sheet and cardboard as well as high coincidence degree of the printed lines, which is even required to be less than 0.3 mm, but can also be satisfied by this device.
