QNB460T Laminating Machine
Our QNB 460T laminating machine is designed with the function of fully automatic lining and metal sheet pasting, which is specially applicable to those color printed packing boxes and covers that have higher demands for parallel degree of the combined top sheet and cardboard as well as high coincidence degree of the printed lines, which is even required to be less than 0.3 mm, but can also be satisfied by this device.
This machine is equipped with programmable Omron PLC program controller, touch screen HMI, photoelectric switch, automatic deviation correction device and several AC servo motors. The conveying beat and the station precision of the cardboard can be automatically captured by the mechanical arm, which innovatively improves the process of multi-station laminating, and solves the dilemma of manual fitting, thus producing high value-added products.
