Activated alumina desiccant is primarily used for deep drying of industrial gas. Its dew-point temperature is -40℃ at definite operating conditions and regenerating conditions. It is a desiccant used for deep drying trace moisture, whereby the moisture is decreased from 10PPM to 2PPM.

Application
Activated alumina desiccant is applicable for the drying of gas and liquid in petrochemical industry, textile industry, production of oxygen, automation instrumentation industry, and PTA/PSA industry.

Advantages
  • This activated alumina desiccant has huge adsorption capacity, and its pulverization is not very easy.
  • It has a uniform granularity, smooth surface, high mechanical strength, and great hydroscopicity. It will not swell and break, and will remain unchanged, even after water absorption. It is non-toxic, odorless, and insoluble in water and ethanol.
  • Activated alumina is an efficient desiccant suitable for regeneration equipment in non-thermal environments.
